This is a test site
This version of Tunabear's job site is open only to people we invited to test it. Nothing you do here is a real job application, and no hiring decision is made about you.
To test the product, what you enter is processed by AI services that work for us: your resume and answers by Anthropic (Claude) through OpenRouter, and in the interview room your voice by ElevenLabs and Mistral (transcription) and the interviewer's voice by Fish Audio. The audio of your answers is transcribed and not kept; we keep the text so we can measure and improve the product.
Use a test resume if you prefer not to share your own. You can ask us to delete everything you entered at any time by writing to the person who invited you.
What we collect
Your name, your email address, the resume you upload, and the job you apply to. We confirm your email with a one-time code.
How we use AI
If you agree, an AI tool compares your resume with the requirements a recruiter approved for the job and points to the parts of your resume that show each one. It does not score you as a person, and it does not use your name, age, gender, nationality or other protected characteristics.
A person makes every decision. The AI tool prepares information; recruiters review it, and missing information in a resume is never treated as proof that you are not qualified.
You can say no to AI when you apply. A person then reviews your resume without it.
How long we keep it, and your choices
We keep your application so we can consider you for this and future roles for as long as you want, and we ask you periodically whether you want to stay in our talent pool. You can ask us to see, correct or delete your information at any time.
